I am looking for a retirement planner in the san fernando valley in CA. Do you know of someone?

1. Make sure you find a "Cetified Financial Planner" and make he or she prove it. There are certificates for this. The next question or I should planner to look for is a "fee based only planner" This means he or she works for a set fee not a commission. If on commission, they would be self-serving and try to sell you something from the Company they are contracted with. This should be good anywhere in the country.
